STRESZCZENIE: Wyniki uzyskane w teście kolumnowym u 18 chorych z klinicznymi objawami NNH i 22 chorych z niedokrwistością o niejasnej przyczynie, porównano z wynikami testów hemolitycznych (Hama i sacharozowym) i oceną inhibitorów dopełniacza w cytometrii przepływowej. Test kolumnowy okazał się przydatny do wstępnej diagnostyki NNH jako test przeglądowy u chorych z defektem erytrocytów dotyczącym przynajmniej 15% komórek.

SUMMARY: Eighteen patients with clinical symptoms of PNH and 22 with non-well defined anaemia were screened by the gel-test micro typing system (PNH test). In all these patients the haemolysis tests (Ham and the sucrose test) as well as the flow cytometric evaluation of the DAF and MIRL deficient red cells were performed The gel-test appears to be useful as a screening test for a preliminary PNH diagnosis. The test is positive if the DAF/MIRL defective red cell population is not lower than 15%.
